[HCM][Agency] AdAsia Vietnam: Creator Engagement Intern/ Youtuber Engagement Intern
What You Will Do
- Research the market and invite the potential YouTubers/creators to join the network together with your manager
- Maintain the relationship and contribute to the growth of YouTubers/Creators together with your manager
- Promote the multi-channel network brand in the industry and create an inviting environment for new YouTubers/creators together with your manager
- Work closely with your line manager on acquiring the creators, analysis market, and cooperation creating the strategy for business growth
- Supporting other teams as needed
Who You Are
- A recognized university degree.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese & English
- Ability to identify and facilitate the growth of potential YouTubers / creators
- Have a passion for online video, technology, and social media especially on the YouTube platform
- Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm.
- Good in communicating with YouTubers/creators directly to invite YouTubers/creators to join the network and maintain good relationships
- Personal network in MCN/Youtube industry
- Can-do Attitude
- Social media knowledge
- TikTok knowledge (nice to have)
- Excellent communication skills
