We are working on an Integrated Communication Plan to drive growth for a fabric conditioner (nước xả) brand. Our strength lies in our superior and unique technology that can protect everyday clothes from damages, especially color fading, during the washing process - which no other competitors can offer.

Our target consumer: Financially independent women with stable income in career, living in both urban and rural, from 30 – 45 years old.

We need you to conduct research to understand:

  1. What are the role of clothes in their life? How much do they care about everyday clothes?
  2. How much are our target consumers aware of washing damages on their everyday clothes and their behavior in response to that?
  3. In which ways does faded clothes (áo quần bị phai màu) affect their life, if any?
  4. Do they take any measures to prevent their everyday clothes from fading in color?
  5. What would be your strategy to motivate them to add your fabric conditioner to their laundry process?

You can choose any research methods (such as desk research, online survey, focus group, etc.) or combine them to help you mine those insights and submit your findings and analysis.
