Purpose:

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Market Research Analyst and a Market Research/Analysis Intern for the customer’s behavior, habits & attitudes research and in-depth analysis of the collected data (deep dive insight) in the form of graphs, charts, diagrams, tables and reports in order to give insights to support the Client's market development strategy.

Job Descriptions:

  • Work independently on different types of projects, different methodologies.
  • Coordinate market research projects from commissioning to presentation of results.
  • Create and conduct customer surveys.
  • Work independently or corporate with market research service providers to implement in-depth customer interview, collect data for research and reporting.
  • Analyze information and data related to the customers, competitors and market’s context.
  • Develop research reports such as: Product development, customer needs, market’s context,...
  • Brainstorm and coordinate with internal function teams to devise appropriate strategies that meet client’s brief and budget.
  • Promote teamwork and build positive internal relationship.
  • Positively receive feedback from clients.
  • Manage client relationship and expectations and you will aim to answer their business objectives.
  • Directly report to Research Manager/Senior.

Qualifications and Training Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Science, Statistics, Marketing, Communications or related studies
  • 2+ years of experiences in market research.
  • Have knowledge of research methodologies, knowledge of strategic analysis platforms.
  • The ability to code questionnaires on Survey To Go is an advantage.
  • Experiences in using statistical tools such as Excel, SPSS,…
  • For Intern: No experience is required.

Key skills:

  • Good research and analytical skills: ability to collect information, read statements and other customer-related data, analyzing large amounts of data...
  • Good questioning skill: know the purpose of information extraction to make important target questions.
  • Good at computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel mainly).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines.
