We are working on an Integrated Communication Plan to drive growth for a “salon standard” haircare brand. Our strengths lie in our superior formula (compared to mass brands) with technology taken right out of hair salons and our full range of products, including basic hair care (shampoo/ conditioner) to more advanced treatment (hair serum, hair mask) and styling products (heat protection, hair spray).

Our target consumer: office and/ or professional women, income 7.5 mil/ month and above, living in 6 key cities, from 23 – 40 years old.

We need you to conduct research to understand:

  1. How our target consumer perceive and define “salon-standard hair (tóc đẹp chuẩn salon)”?
  2. What are the key attributes often associated with “Salon-standard hair products (sản phẩm tóc chuẩn salon)” among our target consumers?
  3. Does “salon-standard hair” play an important role in their life? On which occasions do they feel the need or desire to have “salon-standard hair”?
  4. What have they been doing to achieve and maintain “salon-standard hair”?

You can choose any research methods (such as desk research, online survey, focus group, etc.) or combine them to help you mine those insights and submit your findings and analysis.

Thank you!
