[HN][Client] Ecomobi PTE: Business Development Team Leader

1. Key responsibilities:

  • Leading sales team to approach customer to achieve company target;
  • Supporting team members to handle problems with customers effectively;
  • Training members of your team and motivate team members to exceed expected goals;
  • Actively approaching targeted business clients and grab sales opportunities proactively to achieve targets;
  • Developing sales strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers;
  • Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales;
  • Presenting product information to customers once you have identified their needs;
  • Moving solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls;
  • Following-up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase any goods or services;
  • Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.

2. Competencies:

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Economics, Marketing or equivalent majors.

Knowledge/ Experience:

  • At least 3 years experience on Sales and Marketing(Digital marketing, Affiliate Marketing) or working with KOLs;
  • Have knowledge of Market trend.

Skills: Leadership, Planning, Market research, Negotiation, Problem-solving, Multi-tasking, Networking.

Attitude: Highly responsible, Aggressive, Hard-working, Result-oriented.

3. Benefits:

  • Gross salary: 14.000.000VND - 19.500.000VND (competency – based), 100% Salary for Probation
