Duties and Responsibilities:

- Understand clients' business and generate new ideas for proposals that meet client’s needs and expectations

- Take responsibility for two functions:

Plan and direct integrated campaign for Clients, including Event & Activation, Digital, Social Media Marketing, Public Relation, & Advertising

Develop & manage corporate identity of the company

Responsible for IMS branding & Marketing

- Strategy leading:

Get and clarify the brief from the client and understand it deeply

Get the right and dig down consumer insights.

Work together with Account and Creative to win the projects

Study, analyze all related and necessary data.

Create direction and strategy

- Research management:

Desk research (collect data and analyze)

Conduct, manage any necessary research (desk research, internal research …).

Cooperate with research agency

- Presentation creation:

Create the deck logically (and beautifully)

Make the presentation deck and present to the client.

- Management:

Allocate works to maximize the potentials of all members. Coach & supervise the team to ensure quality end-results.

Provide leadership, motivation, direction and support to the team. Sharpen company culture together with management team

Well collaboration and reporting to HoD

Other duties as assigned by HoD.

Job requirements:

  • Good Branding knowledge/ Strategic planning management is an advance.
  • Presentation ability in English as well as Vietnamese
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in Marketing/Business Administration/ Professional Communication or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in advertising agency;
  • Solid knowledge & thorough understanding of Advertising Industry.
  • Good understanding of consumer’s insight.
  • Experiences in working with research agencies.
  • Ability to look at both the big picture and details.
  • Logical thinking with analytical skill, creative mind-set.
  • Good at management skills to coach your team.
  • Well cooperate with other departments, ability to work independently as well as be a team player (especially work with other departments like Account and Creative).
  • Able to handle the pressure
