[HCM][Agency] VBA-ADK: SOCIAL TRAINEE

Location: 33 Lê Duẩn, Q.1, HCM

Working hour: 8:30AM - 6:00PM (Monday to Friday)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Fanpage management (writing, interacting with the target audience of clients on daily social media channels, etc.)
• Manage to develop marketing activities on Social Media channels: YouTube, Facebook, Zalo, etc.
• Managing the marketing budget and monitoring the performance of spend to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Plan to develop the activities on social network for strategic customers includes: strategy, deployment form and key performance indicator (KPI )
• Manage and handle crisis for clients
• Responsible for weekly, monthly, and quarterly routines, including performance dashboards and metrics reporting.
• Manage, support for online event (game, competition,…) for clients
• Update and apply new knowledge and trends about social media marketing to improve work efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

• No degree or professional certificates required.
• Passionate about digital marketing and willing to learn.
• Good analytical skills as well as communication skills (oral and written)
• Interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proactive, positive attitude, creative thinking, good problem solving skills, willing to learn, adapt and operate with a dynamic and fast moving work environment.
• Be able to work under high pressure and meet deadline.
• Good at Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc)
