I. ABOUT THIS ROLE:

This is a senior frontline position that drive the growth of existing and new businesses for social analytics and marketing technology for the group. A successful candidate is a self-starter, a great storyteller, and a master of persuasion. The candidate will connect the dots by unveiling new business trends within the sector, identifying potential clients, approaching and surfacing their needs, proposing solutions within the company’s offering products. The candidate also acts a bridge between Kompa Group and its clients to help improve the company’s products and nurture a sustainable relationship with clients.

You will be armed with the most cutting-edge solutions in the market and supported by all caring and collaborative teams from operation, marketing, to product development. You are also an innate leader who can build an effective sales team from scratch.

II. JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Own the full sales cycle for new clients:
    • Search and collaborate with Marketing Dept. for potential clients and generate leads;
    • Creative in approaches to engage and secure pitch opportunities to prospective clients;
    • Negotiate term and conditions and finalize contract;
    • Follow on after closing to ensure a smooth project implementation;
    • Ensure to achieve the assigned KPIs.
  • Nurture relationship with existing clients:
    • Grow long term business relationship with partners;
    • Frequently check-in and provide ad hoc supports during project implementation;
    • Actively looking for opportunity to up-sell or cross-sell other Kompa’s solutions;
    • Proactively visit finished project to ensure client renewal or extension of projects.
  • Lead in-house sales team:
    • Optimize team resources according to projection implementation and workload;
    • Train and grow in-house sales teams;
    • Set up OKRs and track performance for team members.
  • Improve quality of services & products:
    • Translate clients’ feedback into new product features or enhancement;
    • Frequent update of market trends and competition landscape to advise internal teams on next steps.
  • Optimize Sales Operation:
    • Manage pipeline, contracts, and on-going projects;
    • Coordinate with other departments/ teams within the company;
    • Organize all sales related tasks and prioritize important ones;
    • Control quality of deliverables to clients – both from in-house teams and from third parties or agents.

II. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in Sales, Trade Marketing or related fields;
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing or related fields;
  • Good at communication and persuasion skills;
  • Logical thinking and problem solving mindset;
  • Task and time management, work well under pressure;
  • Good at English (listening, reading, writting, speaking skills).
