5S CONSULTING & MEDIA - MARCOM ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

(Ad-hoc: 6 months at least)

REQUIREMENTS:
● At least 2 year of experience at the same position.
● Good analytical skills as well as communication skills (oral and written)
● Fluent in written and spoken English.
● Interpersonal and presentation skills.
● Effective team working skills
● Proactive, positive attitude, creative thinking, good problem solving skills, willing to learn,
adapt and operate with a dynamic and fast moving work environment.
● Be able to work under high pressure and meet deadlines.
● Good at Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Service:
● Working directly with clients for taking briefs
● Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their requirements;
● Building and maintaining strong client relationships that will assist project development as well as impacting future business opportunities.
● Serving as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
● Negotiating contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
● Approaching new potential customers to build the relationship and earn new projects.

Suppliers & team working:
● Building and maintaining a close relationship with suppliers and partners.
● Ensuring the production quality and timeline of both suppliers and team that meet the standard of 5S Media & clients

Projects Management:
● Being responsible for making proposals and proposing to Manager and clients
● Presenting alongside agency colleagues, the campaign ideas and budget to the client.
● Daily working with clients, partners, suppliers and team to complete the detailed project plan with day-to-day operational aspects of project scope from initiation to closure.
● Reporting to reflect project progress including risks, benefits, KPIs achievement to Leader and clients.
● Ensuring that communication flows effectively.
● Working with other teams to provide creative inputs.
● Handling budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients;
● Managing accounts and accomplish assignments in a timely and efficient manner such as campaign performance, media plan, contract preparation...

Product & team development:
● Together with other colleagues, you are required to enhance the strength of current products and build new products to approach potential customers.
● Optimizing the expense of each project
● Optimizing the working procedure to optimize resources

WORKING TIME:
● 8 hours/day and 40 hours/week with schedule daily working hours from Monday to Friday (flexible time selected with HR)
o Morning: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
o Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM
o Afternoon: 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM
