[HCM] - Công ty Bồ Công Anh Trong Gió - Account Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their needs
  2. Briefing the design team/team lead and vendors about the project. Ensure that the deliverables align with the clients brief and expectation.
  3. Prepare quotation of the projects and handle any price negotiation with clients then report directly to Account Manager or Director for the approval.
  4. Communicating with clients regularly during the project, solving any problems (if arises) and making sure deadlines are met.
  5. Checking and reporting to client on the progress and timeline.
  6. Keeping in contact with the client at all stages of the project
  7. Keep track of all projectsdeadlines and payment schedule. Review contract, sending invoices and remind clients at each payment milestone.
  8. Working together with the Account manager to prepare pitches to win new business. Together with art director, present our concepts and artwork to our clients.
  9. Develop and maintain close relationships with our clients and vendors.

Job Requirement:

  1. At least 1 year experience as Account Executive in Creative Agency
  2. Graduated with a degree from either Communication, Marketing, Mass Communication or International Relationship is preferred.
  3. Good spoken and written communication skill (Vietnamese & English)
  4. Professional manner, Good work ethic.
  5. Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  6. Good at organizing and time management.
  7. Able to lead and motivate a team
  8. A willingness to work long hour (if required) and under pressure.
  9. Solution and positive thinking
