[HN] [Agency] F. STUDIO | SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE NEEDED!

F.Studio is looking out an #HR_executive who will mostly be responsible for motivating team members and driving our organization goes further. Don’t be worry about boring paperwork pressure or recruitment KPIs, cause your work is human-oriented prioritized when you are at our team!

A perfect day should be:

- Recruitment: Consult with team manager to identify needs and preferred qualifications. Hire & refer to qualified candidates.

- Advice on policy: Evaluate working performance and design promotion route for team members.

- Training & Plan for training: Control and improve training program and quality.

- Plan for team building activities to develop creative ability & working performance.

- Resolve issues between Manager & Team members if any.

- Process & store paperwork (involve labor contract, NDA, salary policy, salary calculated, training documents).

- Other HR works assigned from the Manager.

Requirement:

- Preferably in Bussiness Administration or HR management.

- At least 2 years of HR-related experience (in Creative or Animation studio preferred)

- Good understand in employee relation issues (especially in performance and development)

- Flexible and passionate to engage team members into team activities.

- Good at English & communication.
