[HCM][Client] Traveloka: Tuyển Paid Media Specialist (Performance)

What you are going to do:

A. To help with developing Paid media growth strategies

  • Work very close with Digital Paid Media Lead to develop paid media strategies for specific local market which need to be tailored & personalized;
  • Help Digital Paid Media Lead with local insights (target audience & behavior, Marketing Technologies update, Paid media landscape);
  • Identify growth opportunities and strategies to scale up the campaign performance across Funnels (Targeting, Retargeting, App Install);
  • Develop execution & action plan to achieve Paid media objectives (CAC, CIR).

B. To manage advertising activities

  • Manage all Traveloka advertising accounts & analytics accounts on all platforms (to be disclosed later);
  • Setup & maintain online advertising campaigns, from Display targeting, retargeting, App install to Search;
  • Manage budget allocation on each distribution channels;
  • Manage spending vs. KPIs balancing to have dynamic optimization based on needs, markets & real-time performance;
  • Manage ads & performance incidents (data, technical integration, product feed, app events, audience segmentation...) to identify quick fixes and cascade issues to Central team;
  • Creative optimization;
  • Ensure all online advertising best practices have been implemented & well structured.

C. To collaborate with stakeholders

  • Daily & weekly sync with Digital Paid & Earn Media lead;
  • Actively working with local market PMM for performance optimization;
  • Coordinate with Own media & Earn media for customer segmentation & integrated media campaigns;
  • Support to deliver umbrella/thematic/PMM campaigns (ad-hoc);
  • Work closely with Tech & Analytics support for campaign setup & campaign reports.

D. To do analytics & analysis

  • Collect performance reports from related teams;
  • Conduct weekly performance reports on each channel & funnel;
  • Recommend optimization tactics & identify growth.

Does this sound like you?

  • 2-3 years in Performance Advertising (Targeting campaign, Dynamic Retargeting, App Install & Search);
  • Hands-on experiences in Facebook, Google (both Display & Search) and other Online Advertising Tools;
  • Passion in numbers & analytics;
  • Strong relationship with media agencies & AdTech companies;
  • Google Ads & Facebook Ads certification are pluses;
  • Experienced with App Install tracking & monitoring.
