The mission of the Digital Advertising Operations team is to be the subject matter experts on the processes and systems that support the delivery of The Oriental Business Alliance Co., LTD (OBA, Vietnam) digital advertising campaigns.
Our primary function is to successfully fulfill sales orders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and ever-changing environment. As such, we need a top-notch Digital Campaign Manager to Lead own Plans for all campaign management activities including ad trafficking, campaign modifications and optimizations.
Every online advertising campaign that is sold by our world class sales team is touched by this team to ensure that everything runs as sold and functions properly.
Successful candidates will be energetic hard workers who are comfortable getting deep into the details. It requires an analytical brain, strong personal skills and a positive attitude.
DUTIES And RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Explore Company Products and Service
2. Identify suitable Internet traffic sources of relevant visitors to the Company's websites with a target to make a purchasing (send Contact Form details)
3. Planning and implementing the technical / financial part of media traffic procurement, Owns all aspects of post-campaign fulfillment including billing, campaign implementation, delivery, and reporting
4. Strictly follow the standards established by the Company for financial costs of traffic (in conjunction with the unit price of Traffic Conversions to Lead)
5. Create / prepare for work, manage and be responsible for the complex of your own / corporate web inventory / tools necessary to ensure work
6. Launch and Manage profitable online digital marketing campaigns of the Company's products / services, following established KPI standards
7. To optimize and scale Advertising Campaigns, as well as to control and be responsible for all financial changes in the Advertiser's Account (on Traffic Sources of your choice)
8. Work with Sales Management and Account Executives on OBA system to maximize inventory and KPI
9. Create robust reporting systems to track campaign success, Control Conversions web Traffic to Leads
10. Count own weekly / monthly bonus, Provide backup and assistance to others in the department (if any demand)
11. Draw up and implement a Media Plan as part of a personal work program in the Corporate Stream, control own work in the prescribed regulations
12. Take periodic tests and continuing education courses
1. Have experience at Media traffic buying, Ad Accounts Management, investment In Internet Traffic (visitor to websites) Ad Campaigns
2. 3+ years of experience working with Traffic Systems
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment is required.
5. Ability to effectively identify and analyze problems and recommend/implement own solutions is required.
6. Ability to multi-task, manage and follow through on multiple projects, prioritize duties, and handle a high volume workload is required.
7. Flexibility to work extended hours, as needed, is required.
8. Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail is required.
