- Lead a knowledgeable and talented team in executing client

- Manage all the execution team members, partners and other resources to ensure proper coordination of all channels

- Manage client expectations and team communication floe as they relate to project requirements, developments, development and delivery.

- Set strategic directions for clients and provides strategic counsel to assist clients in meeting their business objectives.

- Write strategy documents and client correspondence, including status and progress reports for teams and clients.

- Present the plan, project timeline with the director, partners and related Media department to make a specific implementation plan.

- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives

- Reporting to CEO

- Training about Marketing Tech: Automation & Machine Learning.

- Training algorithm in all digital channels: Google, Facebook, Coc Coc, Zalo, Linkedin, Tik Tok, DSP,...

- Training all tools & media optimization skills

- Salary + Bonus base on your projects
