Job Description

Sales & Business Development

  • Responsible for generating sales proposals for potential new clients
  • Develop existing accounts, and provide sales vision, direction and leadership
  • Develop actionable and measurable tactical plans to proactively pursue new clients for the company
  • Develop strategic business plan for new business based on clients, services and organisational resources
  • Recognize potential business opportunities and establish new business leads amongst existing clientele base
  • Execute the sales plan and bring in revenue to the company

Client Servicing and Program Management

  • As a consultant to client - analyze performance gaps and propose new print production solutions
  • Brainstorm and develop concepts and ideas with relevant colleagues
  • Manage the overall progress and development of accounts and programs
  • Responsible for regional reporting to clients
  • Establish, maintain and strengthen the relationship with existing and new clients
  • Establish, maintain and strengthen the relationship with pool of qualified third party vendors
  • Manage and moderate client expectations
  • Develop stronger presence with existing clients
  • Ensure client satisfaction and prompt delivery of services in providing quality services and solutions at all times

Team Management

Set strategic direction for the team, which include:

  • Develop the team’s business plans
  • Manage the team’s organization structure and evaluate manpower requirements
  • Strategic allocation of resources and manpower to meet the team’s needs and overall business demands in an efficient manner
  • Evaluate and streamline work processes to ensure optimal efficiency rate
  • Evaluate achievements on a yearly basis
  • Ensure the team adhere to Company Policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Oversee the daily operations within the team including external and internal escalations

Job Requirement

  • 08 years of successful work experience in sales, client servicing and supply chain management experience, preferably in a Print, IT, Marketing or Marcom Agency environment.

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Preference will go to candidates with Supply Chain, Agency Project Management experience
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge in print production, logistics and web engineering. Knowledge / Experience of IT projects would be a distinct advantage

Benefits

  • Salary range: 1,700$ – 2,500$ per month;
  • 13th-month salary;
  • Salary reviewed annually;
  • Year-end bonus based on performance and business result;
