[HCM] [Client] SNOW VIETNAM: Content & Social Media Specialist

Position: Content & Social Media Speacialist

Responsibilities:

Content Operation (Platform management):

1. Responsible for planning the development direction of selfie and short video content (such as sticker; frame; AR), formulating strategies, and cultivating localized content (Vietnamese content: tradional to trendy content for GenZ)
2. Responsible for content data analysis. Output summary and reasonable adjustment
3. Research new market trends as well as user insights to leverage them into impactful marketing activities

Social Media management:

1. Manage and oversee social media content day by day
2. Monitor the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram) and suggest strategic campaigns to execute and follow up

Clients management:

1. Serve our clients (Approaching, making proposal, presentation)

Requirements:

1. At least 2-3 years experience in the related role (Internet industry - selfie app or short video product is a strong plus)
2. Experience both agency and client side are an advantage
3. High sensitivity to social news and Vietnamese trends
4. Critical thinking, attention to detail and able to quickly learn unfamiliar knowledge points
5. Good presentation and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
