Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with the Operation Manager to agree upon objectives and outcomes for each activation
- Plan, develop, organize and deliver specific events
- Oversee and implement advertising and promotional activities
- Operate and implement post-event activities
- Follow up the development, production and delivery of projects from proposal right up to delivery
- Work with cross function department (designer, concept, planning, finance…) to deliver client requirements on time
Work Experience Requirements:
- Age: from 23 to 28
- Bachelor Degree required
- 1-2 years of working experiences
- Good verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
- Good communication, negotiation, time management skill
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
