[HCM][Agency] VietGate Communications: Looking for PR Executive
VietGate Communications is a leading independent PR agency in Vietnam that prides itself on being professional and proactive. We have offices in both Hanoi (head office) and Ho Chi Minh City and have a team of 30 PR consultants to support our clients – most of them are multinationals.
Our clients include Abbott, Emirates, Facebook, Spotify, Techcombank and many others.
We are looking for talents for the job vacancy PR Executive for our Ho Chi Minh City Office.
PR Executive will contribute to daily PR account work by managing small projects and contributing to larger projects as directed by project leaders under managers’ supervision. S/he may supervise account works done by more junior staff. This level will open doors for learning in many aspects of PR and Marketing Communications, including reporting and analyzing, working with media, content creation, researching, social media campaign and event management.
Key accountabilities:
- Implement projects including managing schedule and change, facilitate effective workflow among project team members
- Develop projects including drafting creative brief, contributing to research, brainstorming ideas and planning
- Maintain and build trust relationships, networks and communication with clients and partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media community
- Other tasks when required
Qualifications:
- A Vietnamese national with excellent written & spoken English and computer proficiency
- A relevant Bachelor’s Degree. Preferred: Media, Marketing andprevious experience working in the same position or relevant jobs
- An agency mindset

Salary:
- Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
