[HCM][Agency] YouNet AM: Content & Community Executive

ABOUT YOUNET AM

YouNet AM (Platform-based Advocacy Marketing Service Agency) is a NEW member of YouNet Group.

Our Advocacy Marketing uses all stakeholders related to brands to advocate brands: Influencers, Success Clients and Employee. We use a set of tools to facilitate advocacy: Influencer Platform, Customer Community and Employee Social Advocacy based on Enterprise Social Network.

RESPONSIBILITY

• Be responsible for digital content: Facebook posts, community posts, advertising materials, ... (in Vietnamese, sometimes in English)

• Develop content seeding throughout a variety of social platforms, such as communities, forums, Facebook Fanpage, Instagram, Youtube, …

• Report weekly, monthly, quarterly and a daily update to clients

• Work closely with design team to make sure all materials will be aligned with the concept

• Provide creative thoughts/ ideas for digital campaign/proposal

• Drive the creation of original concepts that result in effective and compelling communication while maintaining a clear and consistent brand voice

• Study and understand clients’ products/ industries/ services, the target audience, insights and competitors’ activities.

• Support team with data task (will be trained) – great opportunity to learn special tool about big Data

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 6 months of experience as Content executive (or Content writer) for agencies/ client side/ magazine/ online/ news

• Bachelor Degree in Communications, PR or Marketing is a plus

• Be able to develop outstanding content in English

• Understand different language styles that appeal to various target markets

• Have a deep understanding of social community groups

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Self-motivated and well organized

BENEFIT

• Basic salary, 13 month salary, Bonus based on performance.
