A. General Description
This role is to be responsible for the day to day Account, Client and Team Management. Account Leader plays the role of key point of contact for clients, facilitate and help drive quality delivery of all content outputs.
B. Main Responsibilities
- The key day-to-day project contact with mid to high-level clients, creative teams and other agency partners;
- Managing client objectives, expectations and timelines and communicating changes/directions to internal team members;
- Working integrally with all internal team members to facilitate the process of developing effective strategies and briefs that lead to great work on brief;
- Influencing the efficiency and quality of work and advocating for the agency/client relationship;
- Mobilizing and driving the integrated team towards forward progress, action and results;
- Understanding staffing and scoping requirements;
- Owning project management/workflow system data entry and reporting;
- Identifying potential project risks and developing contingency plans;
- Serving as a mentor/coach and/or direct manager to junior team members and supporting the development of these team members;
- Developing and maintaining high levels of team effectiveness (trust, transparency, communication, collaboration, productivity, diversity, engagement);
- Understanding & respecting every department’s role in delivering great work & building relationships;
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
C. Requirements
Educations and Qualifications:
- At least 3 years experience from Digital/ Media Agency, experience in 360* Advertising campaign is a plus;
- Knowledge & experience in Fashion, or Gaming or Beauty industry is a plus;
- Excellent written and spoken English;
- Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation and time management skills
- Excellent MS computer skills (MSWord, Power Point, Excel);
Skills and Specifications:
- High sense of responsibility, self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented;
- Be able to work individually and as part of a team;
- Be able to work under pressure.
