[HCM][Client] Traveloka: Tuyển Display Analyst (Paid Marketing)

What you are going to do:

• Execute and own performance marketing channels (Google Display Network, Facebook Ads, Local Ads network, Google SEM ads) with highest standard delivery quality;
• Build, monitor and optimize campaigns on a regular basis;
• Analyze market competitors, online user behavior, funnel conversion data, customer journey and develop insights and report channel performance to guide management’s decision-making;
• Plan and drive experiments on display ads, text ads, and bidding to find the best setup;
• Leverage industry trends, digital marketing expertise and knowledge to support market growth to ensure the setup of the best-in-class campaign mix;
• Justify and directly work with external digital partnership engagement, drive and manage relationship and performance with key digital partners, and be able to Identify the marketing mix channel for improvement and innovation initiatives;
• Find automation opportunities in manual and operational processes; and implement them wherever possible;
• Work with other business units to optimize marketing budgets and drive sales, developing test plans, measure performance, and make changes based on your testing.

Does this sound like you?

• Min. Bachelor's degree from accredited universities;
• Ability to analyze large datasets and boil them down to a few actionable insights;
• Good communication skill, self-driven, attention to detail and enthusiasm to pursue excellence;
• At least 1 year of experience in creating, analyzing and managing Display ad campaigns (E-commerce industry is preferred).
