[HCM][Publisher] YAN: Looking for Account Executive

What are you going to do:

  • Meet sales objectives and initiate business pitches across to clients and agencies.
  • Develop market opportunities by identifying client requirement, defining market positioning as well as promoting and introducing new cutting edge product.
  • Work closely with media team to create a competitive media plan that meet client requirements.Prepare weekly reports and analyzing sales team performance.
  • Advantage: use Google DFP / AdManager

What we are looking from you?

  • Degree holder or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 years working experience in digital media industry is a must.
  • Proven sales track record and strong leadership with excellent and pleasant people communication and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Good business acumen, self-driven individual.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to make a difference.
  • Energetic, confident and self-motivated.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and relationship building skills.
  • Strong command and proficiency of English is a preferable.
  • Resilient in problem solving and resourceful in handing challenges.
