[HCM][Client] Zalo: Senior Product Operations, O2O Business

With the ambition to build Zalo as an all-in-one application and conquer billion-dollar Online-to-Offline (O2O) Commerce industry, we are seeking Product Opeartions Executive for Zalo O2O who has an entrepreneurial and data-driven mindset to join this bold adventure.

This is a unique opportunity for young professionals who have 1 - 3 years of experience to strike for achievements to transform their career into a higher level.

Major responsibilities:

  • Create and execute campaigns on Zalo platform to drive user acquisition and increase user activity on Zalo O2O (Food, Travel and Taxi).
  • Provide insights and strategic recommendations to consistently improve campaign performance.
  • Coordinate campaign operations, reports and provide updated information on campaign progress for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide insights and strategic recommendations to improve operational processes and internal admin tools.
  • Execute other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 1-year experience in similar position.
  • Strong project management and planning skills.
  • Intermediate competency in Excel. Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Fast learner and a team player. Has the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Experience with e-commerce, data-driven operations or performance marketing is a plus.
  • Tech savvy and experience with reporting tool (Google Analytics, Metabase, Holistics, Qlik,...) are pluses.
