Operations Executive
Responsibilities
The Operations Executive will be working directly with Operations & Sales (Admission) Team with the main responsibilities below:

Support Operations Manager and academic management team in communicating with teachers and students as required
-
Provide students advice and guidance on issues relating to courses as required
-
Carry out logistical tasks to support successful operations, such as printing and distribution of registers and timetables, managing student feedback surveys, venue and facilities supervision
-
Support sales team in data tracking & lead assignment
-
Assist marketing team in event logistics
-
Involve in other admin tasks assigned by managers
Essential Requirements
-
Minimum 1 to 2 years back office operations experience
-
Understanding and commitment to maintaining appropriate standards of confidentiality and security of materials

Good communication skills in English- written and oral
-
Good proficiency in MS Excel, MS- Office & MS- Word

Strong process orientation
-
Demonstrated effectiveness of communication skills

Dependability, reliability, punctuality

Accuracy and attention to details

Ability to keep calm under pressure or during unexpected circumstances
