[HCM][Client] TIKI: Brand Partnership Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

Account Management:

  • Proactively communicating & keeping track of current brand accounts with regard to payment and banking.
  • Planning partnership proposal and campaigns based on historical data, commercial, operational and marketing insights
  • Managing partnership profiles, propose and in charge of negotiating of short-term, seasonal, long-term Brand Partnership Package
  • Daily managing & executing brand request when brand’s campaign is running
  • Establish solid, effective and productive relationships with all partners & all third party counterparts

Campaign Management:

  • Full collaboration with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Commercial Merchandise, Legal, Finance, Product Development and Operation to launch and execute brand campaign based on agreed plans & KPIs
  • Managing performance and brand partnership’s promotional/branding campaigns on Tiki from planning, optimizing by performance analysis to report and suggestion for next step
  • Monitoring brand campaign execution & KPIs and inform related stakeholders when challenges happens.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to be diplomatic when under pressure.
  • Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Good negotiator, able to identify opportunities and make the most of them.
  • Strong admin and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create strong and dynamic relationships with internal teams and clients.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Self motivated, enthusiastic and tenacious attitude.
  • Calm temperament.
