Our dynamic and creative team is looking for Social Media Executive with the key roles and responsibilities as following:

SUMMARIZE OF THE POSITION

The Social Media Executive is an appointed administrator for all of our clients’ social communities. The Social Media Executive is managing our clients’ social media channels, short-term campaigns and always-on campaigns to sustain an engaging their audience experience and to increase their audience satisfaction.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT:

  1. Run campaigns and promotions to encourage participation on social media initiatives.

  2. Researches and analyses social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data in campaign-by-campaign to improve our clients’ social media performance and their campaigns efficacy.

  3. Work closely with clients and account teams on the development of social media programs and strategies.

  4. Assist with researching and developing unique, creative, engaging content that include one or multiple formats such as copy-based (primary), graphics and videos.

  5. Working alongside the social media manager to generate new ideas for social content to drive communications.

  6. Support for planning social content and maintaining the content calendar ensuring social media content is regular, relevant and engaging.

  7. Prepare reports summarizing the results of social media campaigns.

  8. Seed content and discussions in our communities to keep them active and valuable to our end users.

COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT:

  1. Review community’s conversation (comments, inbox, reply and posts to wall-fanpage) in a quick and timely manner.

  2. Respond to comments in order to foster a positive community and add value to our client’s customer experience

  3. Participate in relevant conversations related to brand’s guideline and brand’s persona

  4. Escalate possible issues or concerns to internal and external stakeholders based on our response protocol.

  5. Assist with creation, conception, and presentation of community strategy

  6. Engaging with Fans and Followers to build relationships with the community and encourage engagement.

  7. Weekly and monthly reporting on social media engagements within the community.

BUILDING ORGANIZATION - Support internal social media and company blog, if any.
