Job Responsibilities:
Strategy leading:
- Get and clarify the brief from client and understand it deeply
- Get the right and dig down consumer insights
- Give the exact proposition & creative directions to creative team
- Work together with Account and Creative to win the projects
Research management:
- Desk research (collect data and analyze)
- Conduct in-house research
- Manage research agency (if any)
Presentation creation:
- Create the deck logically (and inspiringly)
- Give the presentation to client
- Support Strategic Planning Team in some other task
Requirements:
- At least 1-year experience working as strategic planner in Ad agency OR 1-year experience working in Marketing from client side or Account in Agency
- Logical thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to look at both the big picture and details
- Ability to work independently as well as be a team player (especially work with other departments like Account and Creative)
- Good English usage in 4 skills & Vietnamese fluency
- Having a creative mind is appreciated.
