We are looking for a Marketing Leader whose mission is to get people know about us - a provider that brings great added values to business.
Marketing Leader will manage a team to be responsible for Marketing & Communications of YouNet’s Products & Services include: Social Media Listening, Social Intelligence solutions, Data Intelligence & Mar-tech platforms & services.
I. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand the company and corporate group’s vision, mission, products & services eco-systems, Unit Selling Points (USP), brand vision & positioning, and other competencies.
- Plan, execute marketing and communication activities to uplift the Group’s brand position via Content Marketing, Sites, Media, KOLs, Channels, Affiliate, Partners…
Product & Service Marketing:
- Develop compelling content across a variety of channels, including but not limited to: website materials, blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, advertising, email campaigns, infographics, video copy, and slide deck presentations
- Research and create B2B case studies for account based marketing both internally and externally
- Maintaining a consistent brand voice, style, and tone for primarily B2B audiences (Marketing Agency, Brands…)
- Understanding of best practices of a multichannel marketing strategy and the content that is appropriate to those respective channels and audiences (which content and approaches work best)
- Manage all content, creative, and deliverables for digital advertising
- Be responsible for driving awareness and a positive image among media, clients and other key influencers through strategic media relations programs
- Be responsible for managing events, details of events such as conferences and ensuring deadlines and budgets are adhered to. Directs coordination of activities to prepare for the day of the event.
- Manage and build team: competency, performance and culture to align with the business’ mission.
- Collaborate with other unis & teams in the organization for the best of learning & team working: Products & Technology, Sales & Business development, Senior Management, etc…
- Good understanding of corporate branding, product marketing, B2B service marketing. Experience in those is a good plus.
- Good experience in content marketing, social & digital marketing, influencer marketing
- Fast-learning and adaptable with Technologies
- Understanding or experience with Social Media Listening or Social Research is a Big Plus.
