What You Will Do:
- Design sale plan for Sale Account teamandmanage to keep it on good progress.
- Seeking business opportunities by hunting new brief.
- Participate in discovery sessions to identify the customer’s key needs and pain points
- Develop a strong understanding of the client’s business and support to put together digitalmarketing plans. Work with other team members to develop a digital marketing strategy
- Building relationships with existing clients in an attempt to chase their new brief andincrease their current spend
- Driving peak performance and sales success
- Creating, negotiating and closing commercial agreements.
- You will be instrumental in devising and implementing the strategy for meeting salesperformance targets.
- Recruiting, training and coaching team members to make a strong sale account team.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending internal trainings, reviewingprofessional publications, and establishing personal networks
- Contribute to team effort by taking on ad hoc tasks as needed.
Who You Are:
- 3 + year experience in sales-account field
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Experience in sales or digital marketing is a must.
- Critical thinking and logical reasoning skills
- Result-oriented mind, with a passion for work
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and with a good sense of responsibility
