Overview
The advertising team focuses especially on providing strategic, creative and content driven solutions for clients across a wide range of channels. These include communication planning, brand architecture, brand equity modeling, Big IdeaL development, research consultancy, design, creative development and production management.
We are looking for a Creative Director to handle all the below responsibilities:

- To actively help Client servicing deliver predetermined topline & bottom-line targets
- Establish and implement 'Ogilvy way of thinking'
- People management – performance, reward
- Participate in other businesses
- Fair implementation of company policies
- Administrative responsibilities

Qualifications
- At least 8 years of working experience in advertising industry, 2 years as the same level Creative Director
- Local Vietnamese is a must
- Ability to handle team sized 40 staffs up
- Prefer working experience in multi-national agency
- Experienced / Familiar with a variety of art / design software
- Ability to perform excellent leadership skills to maximize the team’s capability
- Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts
