[HCM][VIETNAM GLOBAL MEDIA] - SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER
🆘🆘 We are looking for SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER for our company.

🕠 Working hours: Mon – Fri (8h30-17h30), Sat (9h00 - 12h00)

Scope of work
- Deploy the entire sales process from approaching until securing clients to ensure the achievement of sales target
- Plan and direct integrated campaign for Clients, including Event & Activation, Digital, Social Media Marketing, Public Relation, & Advertising.
- Understand clients' business and generate new ideas for proposals that meet client’s needs and expectations
- Develop positive relationships with clients
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Other duties as assigned by Head of Dept.
Education and Experience
- At least 2 years working experience in media and advertising.
- Strong customer management and selling skills
- Client-oriented, innovative and quick-learning
- Good problem solving, time-management & negotiation skills
- Able to work under high pressure
- Initiative and critical sense ownership
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proactive and autonomous
- Microsoft Office proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Fluent English in both writing and speaking skills
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
