EVENT INTERN (TRAINEE)
3-month full time contract with salary
The opportunity
We are seeking an outgoing, energetic and detail-oriented Event Intern to join our team, based in Ho Chi Minh. You will interact with execution team and provide operational support to ensure smooth running of all activations. No two days are ever the same. This role suits someone who can adapt to change, with lots of energy and meticulous attention-to-detail.
Main responsibilities
- · Working with Event team to plan, control and operate activations to ensure the campaign flow
- · Support Event Executive in member training and event observation
- · Facebook content
- · Timely report the arousing trouble to Event Manager
- · Comment for quality development
- · Overview report for Event Manager

- · Strong sense of prioritization, and structured mindset: to cover multiple things at the same time, without compromising on quality
- · 3-month full time: to support the campaign and go on business trips
- · Excellent communication skills: to negociate with professional clients and suppliers
