[HCM][Agency] BlueR: Chief Finance Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.
  • Ensure credibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.
  • Take hands-on lead position of developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive accounting system.
  • Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.
  • Maximize opportunities to loan from bank to meet brands’requirement (time and amount)
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with COO so as to identify his needs and seek full range of business solutions.
  • Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.
  • Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company
  • Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting
  • ** Provide advice and hands-on assistance to portfolio companies on a number of finance & accounting issues, including:
  • Setting up accounting and financial reporting systems, including management reports
  • Designing process and outputs for annual business planning and budgeting
  • Managing internal risks and setting up internal controls
  • Designing efficient tax structures
  • Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
  • Preparing reports presentations to shareholders, investors and potential partners, including assisting portfolio companies with their annual reports and annual shareholders’ meetings
  • Collaborate with investment team members on financial due diligence of potential investee companies

REQUIREMENTS

Skills and Experiences

  • Well-organized, efficient, self-motivated.
  • 5+ years in financial management role, preferably as CFO, Finance Manager or Chief Accountant or Senior Manager or Director level at major audit / financial advisory firm
  • Good communication skills and have good relationship with banks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization
  • Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
  • Strong knowledge and established experience in all aspects of accounting; experience with fund accounting is not required but a plus
  • Developed budgets for revenue, cost control
  • Skills in forecasting, budgeting and analysis of variances
  • Able to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders, both inside and outside
  • Able to balance priorities, resilient
  • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Able to work in intensive working environment

Education/Qualifications

  • BA is required but MBA/MA/CPA/ACCA is a strong plus
