The Content Editor at Home Credit will shape and adapt the global brand’s communication style for the Vietnamese market; overlook all current communication style on all customer touch points and propose necessary changes to be in line with new Brand promises; help with copywriting in Marketing materials and other agreed projects across all functions with priorities in Marketing

Job description

  • Contribute to shaping and sharpening the new Brand communication style, generate the tone of voice in Vietnamese – externally and internally
  • Creatively initiate new ideas, concepts to increase Brand identity and Brand tone of voice, following Brand positioning, and Brand manual guidelines
  • Coordinate with all functions, supervise or help to create copies for any kind of materials of the company, including external and internal communications (web, SMS, banners, etc.)
  • Work with the line manager or Marcom Manager to develop creative ideas and concepts for External/Internal campaigns including new product launching, promotion campaign, marketing activities, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with the graphic designer on promotion materials to make sure that they are not only attractive, effective, and professional but also provide proper meaning and are easy to understand; Work with Creative team to explore different ideas and concepts for both visual and verbal elements.
  • Establish strong relationships across departments, understand their needs and advise them on aligning their communication style with the Brand identity
  • Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

  • BSc. in Marketing or any relevant field
  • Previous experience in Content Editing
  • Strong written English and Vietnamese is a must
  • 1-2 year experience in copywriting and testing communications
  • Strong working knowledge of marketing communication practices
