[HCM][Agency] Anphabe: Account Executive

Anphabe is looking for an ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE to join the great team behind Vietnam Best Places To Work

Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and executing strategic Employer Branding projects for Anphabe & our clients - reputable companies who are well recognized because of their outstanding strategic and tactical employer branding initiatives.

*** Responsibilities:

Your day-to-day tasks include coordinating Marketing - PR staff, and liaising with clients as well as product agencies, including but not limited to:

For Anphabe:

• Being charged with developing strategies & promotion campaigns for Anphabe’s products and services
• Work on Anphabe’s Employer branding project, from planning & executing
• Build & maintain the good brand reputation for both Anphabe through clear Communication strategy based on specific Brand Proposition requirement

For clients:

• You will involve in every detail of project from briefing, planning, bidding, contract, execution and liquidation of many Employer Branding projects, many of which are in event format & PR campaigns (such as Management trainee recruitment campaign, Employee communication / engagement campaign…)
• Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their specific requirements;
• Working with colleagues to from key relevant functions and / or relevant agencies to determine budgets and targets, devise a proposal that meets the client's brief and budget.
• Upon getting approved, lead as project manager to follow up / monitor on whole proposal execution to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients’ needs and objectives
• Ensure to provide the WOW service while well manage clients’ expectations; ensure clear communication to update the progress of the initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Mange & follow up vendors step by step to ensure the quantity and quality of each delivery
• Manage and mentor junior team members
• Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed

*** Qualifications required:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in the field Marketing / Advertising (applicants from Marketing/ Advertising / Event agency are preferred)
• Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both English & Vietnamese)
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Budget-management skills and proficiency
• Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
• Passion for project management , client relationship management & service delivery
• Good negotiation skill
• Ability to do multi-task
