Job Description
A storyteller who creates concept and develops internal communications programs, represents the company's values, and provides a responsive and clear communication to KMS members in global. This position is the key factor in enhancing KMS’s popularity and trustworthiness internally, raising awareness of the company’s activities as our reasons-to-believe, in the most professional and inspiring ways.
Job Duties
CHANNEL DEVELOPMENT
- Monthly internal newsletter
- Corporate announcement and scripting for leaders
- Intranet structure and updates
- Social Media updates
- Internal Advertising placements (online & offline)
INTERNAL BRAND HEATLH-CHECK
- Branded internal stuffs to be audited (email, design, office décor, promotion materials)
- Annual Employee Satisfaction survey
- Internal events: maintaining the messages and support the event owner
INNOVATION PROGRAMS
- Improve initiatives, channels, tools, and methodology of company communications to employees
- Proactively propose and execute the internal communications plan that helps to increase the brand visibility in a way that stays true to the brand’s core values
- Liaise with business unit leaders to develop and implement communications program/activities that are appropriate for their business’ needs and consistent with PR strategy of the company
Qualifications
- Branded-mindset is a must
- At least 2 years of proven experience in Internal Communications, Employee Relations or similar roles
- Experience on using communications tracking tools is a plus
- Hands-on experience in working with designers from idea concepts to production
- Good public speaking and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written English & Vietnamese communication skills
- Resourceful, proactive, enthusiastic, creative, persuasive, organized, and able to multi-task
- Knowledge in the IT industry in Vietnam and across the globe is a plus
