Main responsibilities:

  • To develop and oversee all websites of the group of schools, ensuring that information and photography on the webpages is accurate, up-to-date, attractive, and supports the respective school’s brand positioning.
  • To regularly review competitor websites as well as websites of other leading schools in the West to identify best practice and apply it to the schools’ websites.
  • To monitor schools’ reputation online for each school on a daily basis, setting up brand name alerts, and regularly checking review sites and social media for feedback and comments.
  • To escalate any negative online entries about any school of the group to Director of Marketing & Admissions immediately so that remedial action can be taken without delay.
  • To oversee and lead on all content and photography on the schools’ Facebook pages, for Renaissance and for EMASI, working closely with Heads of School and Internal Communications Assistants or Officers to ensure all school news are up-to-date and accurate, and all photos are in line with guidelines.
  • To prepare and send regular MailChimp newsletters to potential parents to promote the schools to them, and to send a MailChimp weekly update to all parents on behalf of Head of School for Renaissance.
  • To be in charge of any professional videography productions, tendering suppliers, preparing scripts, making all required internal arrangements with other colleagues, overseeing shoots on the day, and managing video editing process.
  • To ensure all photography used for online channels except for online advertising is supporting brand positioning of each respective school.
  • To produce a monthly website and social media report, with observations and actionable recommendations, using Google Analytics, Alexa, and other tools.
  • To work closely with Online Advertising Officer and deputy for that role when the postholder is absent (maternity, holiday, sickness, other prolonged planned and unplanned absence).
  • To record all expenditure and process all required paperwork for tasks related to the role, as well as to support the Marketing & Admissions Team with other tasks and events during the team’s peak times.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar
  • Experience of website management and development (CMS, SEO), unpaid social media management and development, using Google Analytics and producing performance reports, organising and overseeing marketing videos (desirable), using MailChimp, SurveyMonkey, and Alexa (desirable), understanding of AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, GDN.
  • Fluent English and Vietnamese
  • Strong team player, able to work independently
  • Good copywriting skills and good eye for photography
