• You have experience in developing outstanding concepts and designs for experiential, shopper marketing and brand activation campaigns
• You have a passion for generating and executing ideas
• You understand the consumer journey and how to deliver results for your clients at the various moments along the path to purchase
• You can lead a team of designers, and you can develop your own work independently
• You can work with client directly as needed
• You are a hotshot designer and are very proud of your portfolio, but you are also a great team player and collaborate well with account service and other agency colleagues

Job Requirements

Your experience and portfolio should include impactful concepts and designs for projects such as Activations, Promotions, and Shopper Marketing. We are looking for a candidate who can WOW us with the design work and be able to explain the rationale based on brief and strategy.

• 4-6 years of solid agency experience
• Good English communication is a must
