[HCM][Client] JD Creative: Tuyển dụng CRM Operator

Position Summary:

  • Manage and handle customer feedback/query/complaint via Hotline, Facebook messenger, emails, etc.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, following standard operation procedures.
  • Assist in making monthly reports about customer feedback and loyalty program.
  • Carry out activities for loyalty customers such as sending SMS birthday, inform about promotions, etc.
  • Suggest ways to improve current service quality

Education: University Degree

Years of experience: at least 1 year at Customer service or Call center position, preferable in retail section.

English: Good command of English, especially speaking and listening

Desirable requirements:

  • Problem solving skill (able to solve problem properly and suggest improvements)
  • Customer service skill
  • Can work independently to get job done
  • Can work under high pressure
  • Able to well manage workload to commit deadlines

Special requirements:

  • Have a nice and polite voice
  • Passionate about helping customers
  • Wish to learn more about customer service in retail industry
