[HCM][Client] Unilever Vietnam: Employee Branding Manager (Human Resources Manager)

Role responsibilities:
• Define and develop a holistic EVP strategy, then activation strategy together with LD Manager based on strong and solid insights of target groups (Fresh Graduates, Mid-Career, Internal Employees)
• Act as champion/ guardian of Unilever Future Leaders Programme from end to end process

MAIN ACCOUTABILITIES:

Fresh Graduates:

• Develop E2E EB strategy based on provided market intelligence and insights, in alignment with global and regional guideline.
• Own, monitor and innovate UVN flagship EB programs including UFLP, UFRESH, UFLL and others.
o UFLP: Lead E2E from planning, attraction, selection and development.
o UFRESH: Lead attraction and work with recruitment team in selection phase and ensure a repeatable model of UFRESH from planning, attraction, selection, performance management and development (like UFLP).
o UFLL: Lead E2E from planning, attraction, selection, global round
o UTOP: Lead attraction campaign.
• Leverage existing partnership with key universities and student-run organizations and continue to raise the bar.
• Optimize digital marketing and social media (Facebook, digital, career website) for talent attraction & acquisition.

MCR:

• Gain insights and work with recruitment team / senior stakeholders on talent attraction activities for MCR. Ensure landing activities for MCR in the year with clearly defined measurements/ KPIs.

Internal Employees:

• Gain insights and work with HR team/ senior stakeholders on engagement activities for internal employees. Ensure landing agreed activities for internal employees in the year with measurements/ KPIs.
• People Day: lead E2E from planning and execution

Other
• Always-on market intelligence and insights
• Plan and innovate Employer Branding activation agenda
• Facilitate with relevant providers to run EOC surveys to measure EB and its ROI (i.e. Anphabe, Universum).
• Manage media and activation agencies to ensure excellence in EB strategy.
• Build and monitor Talent budget.
• Be the Line Manager of HR UFRESH to build own leadership capabilities.
• Be the SME on EB so that other HR members can ask for guidance and support on relevant matters.
• Be contact point of UVN HR team and work with global/ regional team to land EB projects.
