[HCM][Agency] DKSH Vietnam: Operation Manager (Event)

General responsibilities:

  • Manage the quality of activation and event projects at the North as well as the quality of the Field team
  • Manage the projects’ progress and expenses to meet the projects’ needs
  • Manage the timeline, schedule and team allocation plan
  • Supervise and manage the operation of the Field team
  • Recruit, train and motive the Field team
  • Problem solving if issue arises

Leadership responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of the event and brand activation
  • Ability to lead and motivate employees, team spirit and collaborations

Job requirements:

  • Negotiations and supplier management
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Soft skills: Communication skills: English and Vietnamese
  • Computer skill: Microsoft Office
  • Education: University graduates
  • Work experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in event and brand activation for the brands
