Mô tả công việc
- Generating leads to add to the sales pipeline and tracking these appropriately;
- Initiating relationships with potential clients with a view to convert them;
- Develop presentation and proposals for clients and present these in regular meetings;
- Taking initiative to deepen relationships and upsell new opportunities that arise;
- Leveraging internal resources to ensure maximum value can be created for clients;
- Lead pitches, meetings and follow ups;
- Creating performance reports for sales teams and overall business performance as and when requested;
- Analysing data and creating actionable insights in order to improve performance;
- Source, Interview and Hire key team members to improve results whilst managing budget;
- Track and Monitor key performance indicators of team and individual team members to reach targets.

Yêu cầu công việc
- 3-5 years working experience within Sales and Business Development;
- Excellent speaking and writing skills in both English and Vietnamese;
- Management Experience preferred;
- High level of professionalism;
- Results driven character;
- Ability to be tactful and diplomatic in communication with individuals at all levels of the company;
- Proven ability to meet deadlines;
- Extremely organized and with proactive focus on providing support;
- Ability to be extremely confidential in all information handled internally.
