Within framework of company policy, concept strategy and annual budgets approved by the Boards:
- To build the Annual Marketing Calendar with store specific elements
- To optimize and maximize promotional effectiveness and budgets deployed for each campaign.
- Plan promotional article selection for BTL.
- Plan, implement and monitor the annual promotional calendar
- End to end campaign management for optimize of budgets.
- Execution planning and implementation form Promotions.
- Planning for and optimized communication strategy for promotional effectiveness in store and other communication mediums as an input to the communications team.
- Accurate tracking of the cost of producing advertising materials (Estimated cost, negotiating the purchase of materials and services with vendors, consider the bids from several vendors before choosing the best price, cost reporting).
- In charge of administration of department (contract, checking invoice and payment).
- Tracking information on consumer trends, the promotion of competition to propose promotions themed meet customer needs.
- All tasks ad – hoc by line manager.
- Bachelor degree and marketing or business major, preferably art fields
- Knowledge and skills of design, print, event
- Sensible sense of art and marketing trend
- Good skill of communication in Vietnamese and English
- Capability of working under high pressure
- Strong time controlling ability
- Be independently and creative in the personality.
