1. Functions:
• Complete contract-related work
• Ensure proper running of strategic brands under Strategic Customer Bloc.

2. Job description:
- Drafting / retrieving : soft and hard copy for relevant documents
• Contract / Business Agreement
• Policy Statement
• Purchase slip outside
• Purchase contract
• Acceptance and liquidation report
- Working with related operators
- Tracking contract progress / agreement, payment
- Report issues related to contract procedures, actual progress and progress of
VAT invoices.
- Receive and hand over the VAT invoice
- Operate the overall contract
- Administrative support: administrative procedures related to human resources
department or others involved departments.
- Other requirements.

3. Job requirements:
- Passion in online communication
- Education level: final year student / relevant university graduation
