[HCM][Client] MUZU: Digital Leader
Responsibilities:
- Train and empower online team members
- Develop a comprehensive development and marketing strategy
- Prepare annual and detailed budgets
- Submit concise agendas, minutes and reports to managing director
- Coordinate all aspects of the project throughout entire website development process
- Ensure delivery of all project goals by deadlines
- Oversee front-end, back-end, and app development
- Working closely with other department heads
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree: major in Marketing preferred
- Minimum 2 years working experience in movie or entertainment industry
- Strong understanding of movie and entertainment trends in Vietnam and abroad
- Dynamic social media presence with large number of followers (Facebook, Twitter, etc…)
- Good understanding of online marketing tools (SEO, boosting, etc…)
- Good knowledge of online business model preferred
- Website and app development experience preferred

- Advanced English – verbal, written
- Proficiency with MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point

Compensation Package:
- Contract duration: 1 year, renewable
- Expected Salary: starting at 15,000,000 VND – 20,000,000 VND (depending on experience)
- 13th month bonus at TET holiday (pro-rated by months worked)
- Lunch: provided by company
- Sick and annual leave: based on VN labor law
- Additional bonuses: based on company policy
- Probation 2 months
