You are offered the position of Digital Media Manager with the key roles and responsibilities as following:

1. Digital Media Functional Leader

  • Media strategy, plan and executions for all digital and digital-led campaigns.
  • Be responsible together with Account team to determine suitable KPI and conversion rates, as well as clear strategy on how to achieve them
  • Set-up, automate and deploy day-to-day media operations, including optimization, tracking and reporting
  • Media negotiation and buying directly with publications, advertising networks, including qualifying the most competitive services and rates with suppliers and syndicates
  • “Always on top and LIVE” - Assess and analyze the quantitative and qualitative performance of the campaigns, and adjust these plans according to new performance insights and audience behaviors. This includes analysis across user journey from media, web and data analytics.
  • Assist Account team to pull together media reports at end of campaign

2. Business Development & Revenue Building

  • Together with Managing Director (MD), determine the business strategy for MASH in media services, to ensure we have clear competitive advantage and right to win against big players
  • Setup and build relationships with advertising network. Including pioneering innovation platforms through global partnerships
  • Grow business through increasing MASH media revenue. This includes but not limited to:
    - Optimizing of internal cost
    - Media pitch participation and wins
    - Working with Business Development Dept to package, prospect and meet new clients
    - Designing customized training for clients for digital media buy-ins

3. Agency Innovation Champion

  • Performance Marketing: Champion (existing) or innovate (non-existing) the right measurement and digital tools to strengthen campaign analytical capabilities. IMPORTANT: Help agency to champion the spent on digital media and brand-building effectiveness.
  • Creative Media Buy: Being in touch with the latest technology, formats or platform for digital media buy, in order to bring digital plans and creative to the next level.

4. Organization Leadership:

  • Planning of media team structure, resources and recruitment glide-path (according to revenue KPI)
  • Effectively leading, delegating, managing and nurturing capabilities of Digital media team. Responsible for performance review, appraisal as part of building organization capabilities.
  • Capability building of team, including upgrading organization capabilities in media expertise
  • Be the hero in championing and recommending latest digital and social channels, tools, trends

WHAT YOU ARE GOOD AT:

- Passionate and optimistic individuals who enjoy interaction with people
- Good at managing and motivating employees, clients and suppliers
- Strong project management skill; ability to manage multiple projects across critical yet often fluctuating deadlines
- Strong analytical skills with consideration to company/client objectives
- Proficient in both Vietnamese and English.
- At least 3-4 years of experiences in media planning or communication planning
- Branding experience or digital experience is a plus
