JOD DESCRIPTION

You’re responsible for:

  • All aspects regarding PR, Marketing, & Branding of 7Saturday

  • Using HubSpot for lead gathering, lead generation & marketing optimization

  • Managing, monitoring & improving 7Saturday’s current online platforms: Website, Facebook, Instagram, & YouTube

  • Campaign management and execution, including planning, managing and evaluating marketing campaigns to increase both brands who use 7Saturday’s services & influencers who’re listed on 7Saturday

  • Weekly OKRs/KPIs of your team

You’ll need to have:

  • At least 1 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or similar roles

  • Outstanding at these 4 key skills: Data Analytics & Visualization, Communication, Project Management, & Teamwork

  • Comfortable with all 3 marketing approaches: ATL, TTL, & BTL; with a heavy emphasis on TTL

  • As a team leader, you need to lead, manage, & inspire a team of 3+ members including 1 Content Writer, 1 Content Designer, & 1 Performance Specialist

  • As a marketer yourself, you need to be a good story teller & comfortable with Content Marketing

  • Comfortable with SEO/SEM

  • Critical thinking & problem-solving skills

  • Most important requirement as a 7Satter: A positive attitude
