Beginning his career as a researcher, Thien fast became a Senior Manager of GCOMM in 2018 and currently leading the Business Solution, Business Insight and Business Analytics departments at GCOMM.
Thien has been demonstrating the ability of a an expert who can provide total research and consulting solutions and accompany customers throughout every step of the implementation of various types of research (qualitative, quantitative, retail measurement) in many different areas such as FMCG, fashion, education, telecommunications, entertainment, high-end furniture, health, banking, retail, pharmaceuticals, electronic applications, fuel ... as well as strategic consulting projects.
With a solid knowledge of business administration, marketing and statistics, Thien has strongly connected research and consulting to enterprise practices to optimize the effectiveness of the business action plan, contributing greatly to the success of projects.
Highly appreciated by customers, Thien is gradually building a next team to enhance consulting and customer service quality of GCOMM. He is also the trainer of the academies (WeCreate, CASK Academy) for years, the judges/ mentor in marketing contests and guest speaker in business strategy events.
