Mall, GO! Hypermarket, Big C, Nguyen Kim, Lan Chi Mart, Robins, LookKool, Kubo, Hello Beauty and Supersports, aiming to be the central of life of every Vietnamese consumer.

JD:

Develop short-term & long-term strategies, business plans and budget for B2B channels

Manage the strategies implementation by staffs and related departments

Cooperate with cross-functional departments: Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain to ensure the strategy is effectively implemented throughout communication campaigns, promotions, product information, inventory, product quality managemnet

Monitor the annual budget and optimize cost to ensure efficiency and gross profit of B2B Channel

Cooperate with the Finance Department to make monthly revenue forecasts & set individual KPIs for staffs

Develop SOPs, SLAs and process within B2B department and with other departments

Ensure the compliance of administrative procedures: Contracts, payment proposals, procurement, etc. according to the company's process

Ensure the development of the B2B network: conduct market segmentation, identify key target accounts develop appropriate strategic sales plan for each accounts

Develop a reporting system complied with company standards to ensure brand consistently and efficiently as well as accuracy and timeliness

Develop a target system along with training plans to ensure expertise, competitiveness among staff as well as ensure successors resource

Other tasks assigned by the company and superiors

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

Experience:

Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing or Business-related Majors

Knowledge in the retail market, preferably the lifestyle or household category

At least 3 years experience in B2B

Experience in reports preparation

Proficient in English

Proficient MS Office

Excellent communication, sales and persuasion skills

Problem solving skills and ability to proactively give solutions to achieve results

Management skills:

Project management skills

Ability to work independently and with a team
