I. About YouNet Group

We are looking for a visionary and execution-oriented Chief Business Officer (CBO) to partner with the CEO in driving the group’s next stage of growth. You will lead strategic planning, business development, marketing leadership, and business unit expansion across Vietnam and Southeast Asia – ensuring strong market positioning and commercial success through the strategic integration of Big Data, AI, and MarTech capabilities.

II. Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Growth Execution

• Collaborate with the CEO to define and refine the 3–5 year strategic roadmap of YouNet Group.

• Lead the execution of growth plans, driving revenue, client expansion, and market penetration.

• Consolidate business plans from subsidiaries and departments to support CEO oversight and ensure aligned implementation.

2. Business Development & Regional Expansion

• Drive business development activities across the group, focusing on strategic accounts, high-potential industries, and priority markets.

• Work closely with the CEO in regional partnerships, M&A activities, and alliance building to support expansion goals.

• Identify and lead entry strategies into regional or global markets aligned with the group’s capabilities.

3. Branding & Marketing Leadership

• Oversee Marketing, Branding, and Corporate Communication teams across the group.

• Ensure consistent and high-impact brand messaging aligned with the group’s vision and international-level “Qualified Marcom” standards.

4. Business Unit Oversight

• Supervise assigned business lines, sub-companies, or subsidiaries, ensuring growth targets and synergies are achieved.

• Work closely with BU CEOs to guide execution, foster cross-entity collaboration, and scale shared capabilities.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• Proven senior leadership experience in marketing, technology, media, data/AI, or growth consulting.
• Strong understanding of B2B service ecosystems, especially in Data Intelligence, MarTech, or Communication industries.
• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic planning and cross-functional implementation.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Regional exposure and M&A experience preferred (SEA market is a plus).
